It is Finally spring!! I always am ready when Spring hits every year, I am so over the cold and snow and the sun is super refreshing.

Being a few years out of college now we knew we still wanted a Spring Break but not a 'crazy and wild' one. My husband and I met my best girlfriend and her husband, we love spending time with them any chance we get. Her and I became friends in middle school and we all went to high school together, where we were dating our now husbands! They traveled from Dallas, TX and we spent four days and four nights in Cabo San Lucas. It isn't always easy to try and make vacations work with friends while living in other states but its important for us to do at least one a year. Gaby is a teacher in Dallas and we took advantage of her school's Spring Break and took some days off for ourselves.

My husband and I arrived one day prior to our friends so that we could have some alone time and catch one more day of rays because we were feeling pretty pasty from the snow and winter in CO. It was our first time staying in an Air BnB ever and it was adorable. We were impressed, now it certainly was not the Ritz Carlton thats for sure but it was cozy and clean. It had no AC so that was the biggest struggle but the grounds were so cute and it was in the perfect location to walk everywhere. Literally everywhere, to restaurants, downtown and even the beach. We would stay there again for sure.

For the rest of our trip we stayed in the in the Pedregal subdivision. Such amazing and unobstructed views for whale watching from morning to afternoon! We went to dinner three of the four nights and my favorite in order was Ediths, Peacocks and The Office. If you are planning on going to Cabo you have to eat at Ediths, its soooo good!

Ediths decor is so beautiful and by far was the best food in my opinion. I almost wish we ate there every night. Peacocks was adorable as well and much more quieter, both restaurants are 90% outdoors so its best on nice nights. The Office was on the beach and had a luau feel like in Hawaii but the food was OK. For the Office it is more about your feet in the sand while you eat with an ocean view that intrigues people but was my least favorite.

Two Piece Set: Free People

Each day we laid by our pool, went down to the beach for a couple hours, and then came back and got ready for dinner. It was the perfect, chill and relaxing ADULT SPRING BREAK.
